Claire is a compassionate clinical psychologist dedicated to providing a safe and nurturing environment for individuals seeking guidance and healing.
Empathy, empowerment, person-centred care and support are the cornerstones of Claire's practice. Drawing from a toolkit of therapeutic modalities including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), schema therapy, mindfulness-based therapies, compassion focused therapy and positive psychology. Integrating trauma-informed care in order to recognize and honour the complex journeys of each individual.
Claire is passionate about somatic interventions, acknowledging the connection between mind and body. She strives to create a therapeutic environment that is safe, filled with understanding and warmth.
Claire is experienced working with and assessing adults and adolescents, in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
