Jennifer Malcolm has an extensive background in mental health counselling, neuroscience, and international business development. Having trained as a psychological counsellor in the United States, she focused on brain-based therapies for Autism Spectrum Disorders in children and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder in adults. During this time she designed and implemented therapeutic programs for children with special needs and conducted functional brain mapping to track neurological changes as patients progressed through therapy. In order to further her understanding of neuroscience, she worked as an intraoperative neurophysiologist specialising in neurological and spine surgeries for several years. She became a lead trainer and created educational resources to support the development of fellow neurophysiologists. She utilised her clinical expertise to hold several marketing and business development roles for medical technology and service providers internationally, bringing her to live in Europe and the United Kingdom.
