We are seeking a HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for a diverse client base experiencing a range of mental health difficulties, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and complex psychological conditions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological assessments and develop personalised treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based therapy (CBT, ACT, DBT, EMDR, psychodynamic, or integrative approaches)
- Work with individuals, couples, families, and groups as appropriate
- Collaborate with other clinicians
- Maintain up-to-date clinical records and ensure adherence to ethical guidelines
- Participate in clinical supervision, training, and ongoing professional development
Must Have
- Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (or equivalent)
- HCPC registration as a Clinical Psychologist
- Experience working with a range of mental health conditions
- Strong skills in assessment, formulation, and intervention
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid work permit at UK
Nice to have
- Additional training in specialised therapies (e.g., EMDR, schema therapy)
- Additional languages
- Experience in private practice or NHS settings is desirable
