We are seeking a compassionate and qualified Counsellor to join our team. The successful candidate will work with clients experiencing a range of emotional and mental health difficulties, offering therapeutic support tailored to their needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one, couples, or group counselling sessions
- Conduct assessments and create personalised treatment plans
- Use various therapeutic approaches (e.g., person-centred, CBT, integrative)
- Maintain client confidentiality and accurate session records
- Work collaboratively with other clinicians
- Engage in clinical supervision and ongoing professional development
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Accredited membership with BACP, UKCP, or NCS (or working towards accreditation)
- A recognised qualification in Counselling or Psychotherapy
- Experience working with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, or trauma
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Valid work permit at UK
