Therapeutic Approach
Kathryn is a non-directive Person-Centred therapist who works individually with clients to build a relational connection in a safe and non-judgemental space that is conducive to exploration of what they are struggling with. This therapeutic approach puts the client at the centre of the work and focuses on their instincts to guide the starting points in sessions. Kathryn will tailor the sessions to include breathing, self-soothing, grounding, stress releasing and focusing techniques when needed.
Key Interests
Interpersonal relationships, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, stress and overwhelm, and self-worth/esteem.
