We are thrilled to share some incredible news: Nour Norris, one of our newest team members, has been awarded the Officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE) in the King’s Birthday Honours List. 

This national honour recognises her exceptional contributions to preventing violence against women and girls—including her powerful advocacy on Raneem’s Law and her ongoing campaign for justice and systemic change through SecureLife.

In addition to her advocacy, the honour acknowledges her work as a psychotherapist supporting survivors of trauma, domestic abuse, and complex grief. Her therapeutic approach centres on helping individuals rebuild their lives, process pain, and reclaim their voice. This recognition highlights the vital role of healing and early intervention in breaking cycles of harm.
